listings will appear in our REO advertising in the St. Louis Post-Dispatch
when necessary.
3.Properties
are open for brokers' caravans, weekday and weekend open houses, and all open
houses are accompanied by print advertising, when necessary.
4.Photo
REO flyers will be on location in each property and distributed to agents
& buyers. Monthly investment flyers are mailed and/or faxed to our ever-growing list of
investors.
5.Financing information flyers (from your institution if you
wish) regarding subject property will also be at each location for buyers.

BPO'S - (Broker
Price Opinions)
Broker Price Opinions completed in as little as 48 hours by Realty
Exchange-REO,
which possesses almost 23 years of experience, exclusively in REO valuations.
EVICTION/LOCKOUT
Properties will be fully vacated and secured by Realty Exchange - REO
Division. An on call, licensed and bonded locksmith with years
of REO experience will complete a complete re-key, as necessary, of the
premises.
TRASH-OUT AND/OR
REHABILITATION
Property initials can be handled by experienced and highly-qualified REO
contractors. Trash-out includes a thorough cleaning on interior/exterior plus
initial yard maintenance. Rehabilitation can be as simple as a broken window,
or as complex as structural and geological repairs. All can be handled by
these sources, eliminating further subcontracting costs. Permits obtained when
necessary.
ESCROW
Escrows will be handled by Realty Exchange. There is no
escrow fee.
TITLE
Title can be completed by the title company of your choice, or Realty
Exchange-REO
can arrange title for you by a professional, experienced in REO transactions.
LENDING
Realty Exchange requires that all buyers supply a prequalification or proof of
funds before presenting offers.
TERMITE
All seller's termite work will be completed by a state licensed Termite
service.
